What to Expect

As a new client to our practice, you can expect a friendly country atmosphere!

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by the Receptionist; who will collect both personal and pet information, as well as a brief history for the doctor.

Note: If your pet has had previous health records, let us know so we can get those records beforehand. This will ensure that your pet gets the best possible veterinary care from Dr. Lane.

The Veterinary Technician will take you and your pet into the exam room, get a weight and take the pet’s photo.  The veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatments as necessary.  You will be provide with further educational information and answer routine wellness, home care and/or food questions you may have.

The Receptionist will handle the invoicing/payment and schedule any needed follow up appointments.

Payment options: Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Internet Banking (TD, RBC & SB) and recently by e-transfer to info@lanevetservices.ca. Please tell us by email or phone when you have made a payment online so we can track it.

If you provide us with an email address, a short post-visit Survey will be emailed to you. Please Review our service too!
